Please check your products before you leave the shop. If there is a problem with anything you have ordered please advise us within 24 hours via email to satterthwaitesbakehouse@gmail.com After this time, claims cannot be accepted. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know; we want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to ensure your satisfaction.

We use nuts in the making of our own food and therefore nothing made at the bakery can be guaranteed to be nut-free. Please always let us know if you have any allergies and we will do our best to tell you if the food we sell meets any dietary requirements.
